Dental Hygiene

I havn't been using this blog at all, well I guess I should get started again, hmm I shall post about what I've been doing lately, and why I've been doing it.

Well,

I've been trying to solve a long term bad breath problem recently, and I'm happy to blog about this, there are a few tips that I would recommend:

1. Replace your toothbrush to one that can clean your teeth so that it is dentist clean, this is pricey but it is definately something that can make the difference between "meaah, the teeth are clean enough" to "man, this guy has GREAT looking teeth, that means he looks after himself alot, I'd like to know more about him ;)!"

2. Replace your tongue cleaner, the one you are probably using is out of date, get a new one and preferably one that is metallic and not plastic.

3. Use plaque detecting chewable tablets, I use these once a week to see where I need to improve on my dental hygiene

4. Use a mouthwash twice a day, this is really important as not only will it destory bacteria it makes you smell great.

5. Not drinking too many beers or heavy sugar drinks.
